About FraudAttacks
FraudAttacks is operated by InteractiveCats. It provides learning materials, simulated scenarios, workshops, and learning activities about scams, digital safety, and related subjects. The service is intended to develop for individuals, schools, companies, and other organizations. Only features currently made available are included. Future features, organization accounts, subscriptions, and independent learning modes are not promised by these terms.
Accounts and access
An account holder must be an adult with legal capacity to accept these terms. Provide accurate account information and keep access secure. Do not share a personal account. Signing in does not give administrator rights. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for the actions you take. Personal accounts do not automatically represent or bind an employer or school.
Schools, workplaces, and participants
A host is responsible for choosing suitable content, supervising the activity, and providing participants with relevant information. Schools and organizations must obtain any permissions or consent required for their use and meet their own legal duties. These terms do not transfer InteractiveCats' legal duties to a host. Current classroom players join with generated nicknames and do not create accounts or accept an adult account agreement. A nickname is not proof that all session data is anonymous. Do not ask participants to submit real passwords, payment details, private contact information, or sensitive personal information.
Educational use
Scenarios are simulations for learning. They may simplify events and can become outdated. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and are not a guarantee that a person will detect or prevent fraud. Scores reflect game rules, not a professional assessment of an individual. Verify important information with an appropriate authoritative source. Do not treat training scores as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, or other high-impact decisions.
Permitted use
You may use available materials for personal learning and permitted classroom or workplace activities. Do not use the service to commit fraud, collect real credentials, harass people, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Do not present a simulation as a real message from another person or service. Permission to run an activity does not give permission to resell, republish, or distribute the full content bank.
Your content and our materials
You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You give InteractiveCats permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you choose, maintain backups, and protect the service. Publishing or sharing through the service makes content available to the audience indicated by that feature. Submit only content you have the right to use. InteractiveCats and its licensors retain rights in their materials and software. Third-party names in educational examples do not imply endorsement.
AI-assisted features
Where an AI feature is available, the selected content, prompts, and relevant files may be sent to the providers used for that request. Do not submit confidential or personal information that you are not authorized to share. Generated text, translations, images, audio, or video may contain mistakes. Review results before publishing or using them. AI suggestions do not constitute factual verification or human approval.
Future organization and paid services
If organization workspaces or paid services become available, their order details and any separate organization or data-processing agreement will identify additional terms, permissions, prices, and responsibilities before use. No payment obligation arises from these terms alone. A separate agreement controls only the matters it expressly addresses. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in force.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful use, or a breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limits permitted by law apply only to the extent the law allows.
Changes and contact
We identify each version of these terms. Material changes will be brought to account holders' attention, and we may require renewed acceptance before continued account use. Contact InteractiveCats at ben@fraudattacks.com for questions, account closure, complaints, or rights concerns. Applicable mandatory laws and access to competent courts or regulators are not restricted by these terms.
